Main Bola Petang2 @ Melawati

Hari ni alhamdulillah aku dapat main bola kat taman sbb ari tak hujan. Walaupun padang agak lembap dan lecak sebab semalam hujan, tapi hari ni area melawati hanya gerimis ngada2 jer.

Tajuk di atas berkaitan dgn satu insiden di padang bola yg membuatkan aku nak tulis posting ni.

Part 1 (Masa tengah main bola)

Ada sorang uncle ni, dia ni mmg power & skillful. Kalau compare dgn aku, mmg skill aku kurang sket la dari dia…ehehehe…

FYI, main petang ni mmg fee-easy-rilex jer. Takdelah bersungguh2 sgt nak main mcm game betul.

So, nak jadikan cerita, uncle ni cross bola ke goal dan aku main sbg striker. Tiba-tiba bola yg dia cross ni, pihak lawan (sorg budak F4) tepis bola tu guna tangan. So, keluarlah bola tadi tanpa dapat di score sbb budak ni dah tepis keluar.

Dengan tiba-tiba, uncle ni hangin giler. Dia pergi dekat budak tu dan marah2. Aku ingatkan dia marah biasa2 jer, sbb uncle ni mmg lawak2 jer. Tapi masa tu dia macam marah semacam. Dalam ati aku, apsal uncle ni serius giler. Main ala kadar dah ler… aku yg tak dpt score bola tu pun tak kisah. Budak yg kena marah tu buat muka selamba jer. Diam jer…

Part 2 (Selepas abis main sebelum balik)

Aku lepak dulu sebelum balik. Kadang2 aku balik terus lepas main. Tapi sbb dah lama tak main, aku lepak jap borak2 sambil timbang bola.

Pastu uncle ni bercakaplah dgn budak ni. “Kau janganlah terasa aku marah tadi, biasalah tu. Kau ni baya anak aku jer. Form baper?” tanye uncle tu.

“Form 4,” jawab ringkas budak tu.

“Haa..samalah dengan anak aku sekolah kat Melawati. Aku nak kau learn tadi. Bila main bola kat mana2, buat mistake, kau mesti cakap sorry. Say sorry ni kena latih. Kena marah ni biasalah tapi kalau kita say sorry, orang pun akan ok. Buat salah lagi, say sorry lagi. Yang penting, jangan berat mulut utk say sorry. Aku taknaklah esok kau tak dtg main lagi. No heart feeling ok,” nasihat uncle tu kat budak F4 tu.

“Ok uncle,” jawab budak tu ringkas.

“Dik, say sorry ni kena latih. Bila dah biasa say sorry, benda tu akan automatik kita sebut bila kita buat salah,” aku mencelah.

So, aku buat sedikit kesimpulan. Walaupun aku pada mulanya merasakan uncle tu serius and “apsal nak marah2″ tapi akhirnya aku rasa bersyukur sbb uncle ni tegur budak2 skolah yg belum matured ni. Semoga dia ingat dan belajar dari peristiwa arini.

Esok kalu boleh balik awal dan cuaca cantik, aku nak main lagi….

The confusion between the roles of a manager and a leader has tripped up more than one business professional. Is ‘the person in charge’ automatically a leader? If you’re managing other people, are you also leading them? What is the difference between the two?

According to current wisdom, managers are principally administrators – they write business plans, set budgets, monitor progress and manage people – but sometimes without an effective leadership mindset. Leaders, on the other hand, get organisations and people to change.

Most business executives and owners have a mix of management and leadership skills. And quite often both are necessary to run a successful team.

Be a leader at any level

Here is a key point that can settle confusion for you. Even if you manage just one person, regardless of what your role or title is, you are also a leader. Even if you currently manage no one, you can still take on leadership roles such as heading up a project or volunteering to plan the company’s annual picnic. So whether you are actually in a true management role with employees, or assuming a short term leadership role, cultivating a leadership mindset is critical.

Don’t think leadership is something that only occurs once you’re in an executive role. Your leadership mindset needs to start on day one of your very first job.

Not every person in a company wants to be a senior executive or ‘lead’ the whole business. But you should embrace some fundamental, effective leadership qualities within your management style.

Have you ever heard this saying: ‘People don’t leave companies; they leave managers’? You don’t want to be the leader people choose to leave.

10 differences between a manager mindset and leadership mindset

  • Leadership skills are flexible, responsive to change, and future-oriented.
  • Leaders set a standard of excellence – managers set a standard for performance
  • Leaders seek employee commitment – managers seek employee compliance
  • Leaders are proactive – managers are reactive

Law of Attraction (part 1)

- Setiap pertuturan, pemikiran dan perbuatan akan menghasilkan getaran.

- Getaran terbahagi kepada 2 sahaja iaitu positif dan negatif.

- Hanya 1 getaran boleh keluar pada satu2 masa.

- Bila kita keluarkan satu2 getaran, kita akan dapat lebih byk getaran yang sama selepas itu.

- Inilah yg dinamakan hukum tarikan.

- Untuk mengubah getaran daripada negatif kepada positif, kita perlu tekan reset button.

- Reset button adalah dgn cara kita bertanya pd diri sendiri, “Apa yg kita inginkan?”

- Contoh; Aku benci betul boss aku yg pendengus ni!!! (getaran negatif dikeluarkan)

- Tanya balik diri sendiri, apa yg aku nak sebenarnya?

- Oho…. Aku nak seorang bos yg baik dan bertolak ansur.

- Jadi ubah statement tadi, Aku suka bos yg baik dan bertoleransi.

- Sekarang getaran negatif telah hilang dan kita sedang mengeluarkan getaran positif sahaja.

4 Golongan Lelaki

Di akhirat nanti ada 4 golongan lelaki yg akan ditarik
masuk ke neraka oleh wanita. Lelaki itu adalah mereka
yg tidak memberikan hak kpd wanita dan tidak menjaga
amanah itu. Mereka ialah:

1. Ayahnya

Apabila seseorang yg bergelar ayah tidak mempedulikan anak2 perempuannya didunia. Dia tidak memberikan segala keperluan agama seperti mengajar solat,mengaji dan sebagainya Dia membiarkan anak2 perempuannya tidak menutup aurat. Tidak cukup kalau dgn hanya memberi kemewahan dunia sahaja. Maka dia akan ditarik ke neraka oleh anaknya.

(p/s; Duhai lelaki yg bergelar ayah, bagaimanakah hal keadaan anak perempuanmu sekarang?. Adakah kau mengajarnya bersolat & saum?..menutup aurat?.. pengetahuan agama?.. Jika tidak cukup salah satunya, maka bersedialah utk menjadi bahan bakar neraka jahannam.)

2. Suaminya

Apabila sang suami tidak mempedulikan tindak tanduk isterinya. Bergaul! bebas di pejabat, memperhiaskan diri bukan utk suami tapi utk pandangan kaum lelaki yg bukan mahram. Apabila suami mendiam diri walaupun seorang yg alim dimana solatnya tidak pernah bertangguh, saumnya tidak tinggal, maka dia akan turut ditarik oleh isterinya bersama-sama ke dlm neraka.

(p/s; Duhai lelaki yg bergelar suami, bagaimanakah hal keadaan isteri tercintamu sekarang?. Dimanakah dia? Bagaimana akhlaknya? Jika tidak kau menjaganya mengikut ketetapan syari’at, maka terimalah hakikat yg kau akan sehidup semati bersamanya di ‘taman’ neraka sana .)

3. Abang-abangnya

Apabila ayahnya sudah tiada,tanggungjawab menjaga maruah wanita jatuh ke bahu abang-abangnya dan saudara lelakinya. Jikalau mereka hanya mementingkan keluarganya sahaja dan adiknya dibiar melencong dari ajaran Islam,tunggulah tarikan adiknya di akhirat kelak.

(p/s; Duhai lelaki yg mempunyai adik perempuan, jgn hanya menjaga amalmu, dan jgn ingat kau terlepas… kau juga akan dipertanggungjawabkan diakhirat kelak…jika membiarkan adikmu bergelumang dgn maksiat… dan tidak menutup aurat.)

4. Anak2 lelakinya

Apabila seorang anak tidak menasihati seorang ibu perihal kelakuan yg haram disisi Islam. bila ibu membuat kemungkaran mengumpat, memfitnah, mengata dan sebagainya…maka anak itu akan disoal dan dipertanggungjawabkan di akhirat kelak….dan nantikan tarikan ibunya ke neraka.

(p/s; Duhai anak2 lelaki…. sayangilah ibumu…. nasihatilah dia jika tersalah atau terlupa…. krn ibu juga insan biasa… x lepas dr melakukan dosa… selamatkanlah dia dr menjadi ‘kayu api’ neraka….jika tidak, kau juga akan ditarik menjadi penemannya.)

Lihatlah…..betapa hebatnya tarikan wanita bukan sahaja di dunia malah diakhirat pun tarikannya begitu hebat. Maka kaum lelaki yg bergelar ayah/suami/abang atau anak harus memainkan peranan mereka. Firman Allah S.W.T; “Hai anak Adam, peliharalah diri kamu serta ahlimu dari api neraka dimana bahan bakarnya ialah manusia, jin dan batu-batu….”..!!!!
